Terms of Service

Effective date: August 15, 2026
Last updated: August 15, 2026

These terms govern use of the Asheville AI Solutions website, free resources, and services. A signed proposal, statement of work, order form, or other project agreement controls if it conflicts with these general website terms.

Website and resources

You may use the website and free resources for your own lawful business purposes. You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or resell, reproduce, or redistribute protected materials without written permission.

Consulting and project services

Scope, deliverables, pricing, payment schedule, ownership, licensing, hosting, support, and cancellation terms are defined in the applicable project agreement. Work does not begin until the required agreement and payment conditions are satisfied.

AI and automation systems

AI output can be incomplete or inaccurate. Clients remain responsible for reviewing material decisions, approving connected actions, maintaining appropriate human oversight, and using systems lawfully. Asheville AI Solutions does not provide legal, medical, tax, or financial advice.

No guaranteed outcome

Examples, estimates, and demonstrations are not guarantees of revenue, savings, rankings, platform approval, uptime, or other business results.

Third-party services

Some functions depend on third-party platforms. Their terms, availability, pricing, and policies may change. Asheville AI Solutions is not responsible for a third party’s independent service, but will explain known dependencies included in a project.

Refunds and cancellations

Any refund or cancellation right is governed by the applicable proposal, checkout terms, or project agreement. If no separate agreement applies and paid work has not begun, contact us promptly so the request can be reviewed. Delivered digital products and completed custom work may not be refundable except where law requires.

Intellectual property

Website content and pre-existing tools remain the property of their respective owners. Project-specific ownership and license rights are stated in the project agreement.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Asheville AI Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from website use or reliance on AI output. Nothing here limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms by posting a revised date. Questions may be sent to support@ashevilleaisolutions.com.
