This policy explains how Asheville AI Solutions handles information when you visit our website, submit a form, use Casey, or follow the external link to schedule a conversation.
Information we collect
- Contact and business information you choose to submit, such as your name, email address, business name, and inquiry.
- Website-use information such as pages viewed, device and browser details, referring source, and measured interactions when analytics is allowed.
- Casey conversation information, including your message, a session identifier, the page URL and title, and a timestamp.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, deliver requested resources and services, operate and secure the website, maintain conversation context, improve service quality, and perform actions an account owner has authorized.
Casey AI assistant
Casey uses a self-hosted n8n workflow, Google Gemini, and configured conversation memory to generate replies. Workflow execution records may contain submitted messages and technical context. Do not submit passwords, financial information, medical information, government identifiers, or other sensitive data. Asheville AI Solutions or authorized support personnel may review conversations when needed to improve responses, investigate a problem, or follow up on a request.
Google services
The website uses Google Analytics when you allow analytics, Google reCAPTCHA to reduce automated abuse, Google Calendar for the external scheduling link, and Google Gemini to help generate Casey replies. Information handled directly by a Google service is also governed by Google’s applicable terms and privacy practices. Asheville AI Solutions does not sell Google user data or use it for unrelated advertising.
Service providers and sharing
Functions may use WordPress and Avada, Google services, self-hosted n8n automation, approved AI services, hosting, and email providers. We share only the information reasonably needed for the selected function. We may also disclose information to comply with law, protect rights or security, or complete a business transfer with appropriate safeguards.
Retention and deletion
We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the stated purpose, operational records, security, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. Technical execution logs and third-party systems may use different retention periods. You may request access, correction, or deletion using our Data Deletion instructions. Some records may be retained when required for security, contracts, accounting, or law.
Cookies and analytics choices
Necessary site storage supports security and basic operation. Google Analytics storage is denied by default until you choose “Allow analytics.” See the Cookie Policy for details.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including HTTPS and access controls. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Children
