Data Deletion Instructions

You may ask Asheville AI Solutions to delete personal information that we control, such as a website form submission or Casey conversation record.
How to request deletion
- Email support@ashevilleaisolutions.com with the subject “Data Deletion Request.”
- State the email address associated with the request and identify the website interaction involved, such as a contact form, lead-magnet request, or Casey conversation.
- Do not send passwords, access tokens, government identifiers, or other sensitive information. We may ask for limited information needed to verify that you control the request.
What happens next
We will acknowledge the request, verify it when necessary, and delete or de-identify information we control within a reasonable period. We will confirm completion or explain any information that must be retained for security, contracts, accounting, dispute resolution, or law.
Third-party services
For information held independently by Google Calendar, Google Analytics, reCAPTCHA, or another linked service, use that provider’s privacy and deletion controls. Asheville AI Solutions can delete only information it controls.
Scope
This process covers information controlled by Asheville AI Solutions. It does not require deletion of public content, records that must be retained for security, contracts, accounting, dispute resolution, or law, or information held independently by a third-party service.
